Default New Texas Owner

So yesterday, June 8th I picked up my Z from Irving.
It's an 07 Base model 6-Speed with 28K miles. It came with aftermarket wheels. In front 225, rear 245. 18"
I am very satisfied how this car handles so I'm not planning on on adding any performance. More than likely sound and change the side markers. My previous vehicle was a 2000 Eclipse GT, so this is a huge upgrade for me.
BTW I had previously wanted an RX-8 but I've been reading through the forums for about two months and learned A LOT about this car and it felt this was a way better option.(For me at least.)

Here's a pic of my old car.

Beautiful car man, welcome! I also have a black 07 w/6mt. Prior to getting it I had a Silverstone 05 w/6mt. You're going to love this car. I'm a fan of the last-gen Eclipse GT's like your old one too.. but you can't beat RWD and 100 extra hp

BTW, nice wheels on your Z. Black is the best color, as always!

Looks good. Did you get it from a dealer or private sale? And nice wheels. Love ASA, but best of my research shows no 9 inch wheels.

welcome, great choice on the year model. to be honest, i think the stock wheels look much better than the aftermarket wheels you have on the car now. did they give you stock wheels too?

Looks good, great color choice. I gotta be honest, I don't like the wheels, but as long as you love em, that is all that matters.

I'm from San Angelo, Texas.

I bought the car at the dealership and it came with the wheels.
I saw it as an online listing and didn't like the wheels either, but when I went to Irving to buy the car I was surprised how much better they looked in person. I want to buy some 19" wheels from wheeldude.com but I'll wait to to that later. And no they did not give me the stock wheels.

I know this isn't the place to ask these questions, but if you have nothing better to do please help me out.
1. If I were to replace the OEM D2S would I just need to remove the whole headlight or can if be done through the wheel well (on an 06+ model)?
2. To replace the OEM side marker to a white one can if be done through the wheel well too?

Default Update

Today I got my white reflectors and 6000K D2S bulbs, and I finally had time to wash and wax it. And I put in a Sony XAV-60 last week.

I bought the reflectors from CarBeyondStore for $63 and bulbs from DDM Tuning for only $15.
PhotoBucket is crap and won't let me resize the images right now, I'll just try again tomorrow.
