It's a Miami car but I'll be up in Westchester county, NY.

I spotted a pair of wheels that I REEEAALLY want, but I'm not sure if they'll look flush with the offset.

Unless I'm mistaken the stock touring 2003 wheels are 18x8.0 +30mm all around. The ones I want are 18x8.5 +35mm. Will these look ok? Thanks for the help!

You want an offset 25 or below.

You want wheels in 9.5 width in the front and 10.5 width in the rear.

welcome! those offsets are too small imo. Search for something else with the wheel specs that dikspiel said.
