Default Need help understanding this carfax

I came this close to pullin the trigger today on this vehicle thanks to David replying back to my PM on how he liked his 370 compared to his old 350.
As I have a 2007 350 currently.

Here is the vehicle in question http://www.trophynissan.com/certifie...68ef9f0cde.htm

When you click on the carfax link the vins do match up. But the history has me scratching my head. It's a one owner w/ no owner... At least that's what I gathered from it. Should I be worried?

Aside from that I believe it's a base 370 w/ the sport package. I gather that idea from the wheels, & what looks like the 4 piston brakes behind them.

Anything I should check out on the vehicle? For example my past 2 350's were notorious for hatch rattle that ended up being suspension rattle.
Along w/ 350's tire feathering, window motors seizing, ect.... Are these vehicles "known" for anything? (besides the oil heating issue-limp mode)

The only real issue is that you will need an oil cooler if you plan to track your z, you won't need it just driving around the city and the engine won't go into limp mode until it hits 280.

that is pretty weird. The only report is the current listing of it for sale. Should have where the car was first listed for sale and an oil change or two.

Looks like a partial report. You have to pay to get the complete report.
