I just ordered the Redline. Really hoping that fixes the problem.

That is a bit unusual.

If the Z is out all night in sub-freezing temperature, it will shift like the transmission is filled with molasses. Freezing transmission oil probably pours like molasses. But the transmission should be fine after driving about 5 miles.

Since you bought the Z used, no telling what is in the transmission. Replace it with new oil.

The fluid change should be done on Sunday. I'll report back on it.

Update on the transmission: I changed the fluid yesterday (Sunday) and early this (Monday) morning it had the exact same problem. I'm not sure what the deal is. Anymore thoughts on this would be really appreciated. This is the only problem I'm having with this awesome car. It's about to get colder here and I'd like to not have problems driving it to work and school.

I put clear corners in yesterday too and they look awesome!

The source of my problem was a bad slave cylinder. Just thought I'd mention that in case anyone else had the same problem.
