A 2007-2008 350z from a dealership, im looking for the Enthusiast or grand touring package, Im having trouble on deciding on the colors, Either a black, PPW or Peark, or Silvertone, or something similar to that, But im also wondering if they are available in a nice type of Blue, but Leather seats, and Stick are a must, but I dont think Black Leather interior seats are possible ? because i would prefer a black interior, and wondering which car would be better for me ?

I already have a 1999 honda civic lx sedan, stock just hella slaps with 2 12"s subwoofers, so having two four door cars isnt really necessary right ? Plus that would be the perfect DD

I would love to get it for 20k or under but paying a little over would be alright. I was also wondering if its possible i could get it for this price ? Is it realistic with all the options that i want to have in it.

I live in Norcal, In the Southbay, and already have a bunch of friends who love cars, and imports just like me, my boys got everything from a MKIII Boosted,Silvia S13 sr20det Boosted, Mr2 Turbo, A 370z soon to be Boosted, a another type of a older Celica.

Oh yea did i forget to mention, I plan to eventually go twin turbo possible Aps Kit or Greddy, and wondering how long would that process that for me being in high school, but money might be a issue, but i want to have a new part for my baby every 2-3 weeks until it's moderately modded until i can go biigger like twin turbo, and was also thinking do i go SIngle turbo until im used to it or go straight for turbo ?

This is planning to be my baby for a while, and im hoping i bring a Z home on The 4th, Thanks in advance who ever decides to help me out, and know its greatly appreciated.

umm please properly do you research? 07-08 Z's has the VQ35HR engine and the APS twin turbo does not support it. Unless APS has created another Turbo Kit for the HR like Greddy did.. i would like to know. Your options for going twin turbo is either Greddy's VQ35HR Twin Turbo Kit, GTM Twin Turbo Kits (many options), and a completely custom twin turbo built and manufactured by yourself. The last one if you are successful in designing it, building it, optimizing it, tune it, and have it haul *** then i'll give you props. Though likelihood of that happening is very, very slim.

The sr20det is boosted? Would have never thought. Good Luck on your build.

Also new here, Nice to meet everyone.

I have been researching different cars for about 8 weeks or so and originally thought about a M3, STi, EVO, Z or RX8 and after looking at all 5 cars in depth and test driving them, I came to the conclusion that I want the Z.

There was 1 reason I stayed away from the STi and EVO, Insurance.

I am not really sure that matters to a 17 year old... but it is near 3 times as much in your thirties I can't even imagine what it looks like at 17.

The RX8 scares me because it is rotary and I don't trust it. The M3 is a nice car but 10k for a replacement engine is out of my price range. So I pick the Z for my next car because of the performance, styling, repair cost and reliability of the engine.

OK--I'm going to try to help you. This should be amusing. First-we can't help you decide between an Sti or a Z. Two doors or four, all wheel drive or rear wheel drive, Apples and Oranges.

Next- Trim level. Enthusiast or Grand Touring. I don't get it. Touring doesn't sound good? Do you want brembos or not? There are five trim levels for the years you listed. They are detailed a million places on this site. Or wikiFREAKINGpedia.

Then color. Black, white, silver or blue. Basically you don't like red and orange? Again, sorry, can't help.

Black leather seats. Probably 95% of Z's with leather seats are in black. So yes, that is possible. In fact it is probable.

Next you answered the four door question. Well done.

Your friends all have imports. Good. Did they hella ruin their suspension setups? Do the cars handle like hellashit now? Hellahopenot.

Finally the modding. Look--it is pretty clear that you don't know that much about turbocharging cars. It is not a step process from a single turbo to two--not only would that cost ridiculous amounts of money for completely different setups, single turbos in Z's are often more aggressive setups. The twins are generally smaller turbos and reduce turbo lag. I promise you, regardless of the fact that you have been driving (illegally) since you were 13, you can't properly handle the roughly 300 horsepower you are going to get stock until you have driven it for a few more years. Slapping parts on thoughtlessly every two to three weeks is a great way to end up with a poorly function, haphazardly modded car.

Honest advice--whatever vehicle you buy, don't slap on parts to impress your buddies. Go take a performance driving course, increase your skill, focus on the driver mod, and then show all of your "boys" how to properly drive their cars. That is if you haven't all hellaruined them by then.

I think the Civic is out of his league at the moment. He should trade that in for something slower.

sounds like you need a 4 door DD. the Z is only 2 doors so stick with the STI sedan.
