Smile just 4k to go!

So I finally decided to buy a new car I've saving up money for the past two years so that I don't have to do monthly payments. in that period of time I been looking into all kinds of vehicles BMW, MB, Audi, Toyota and Nissan, I've driven many cars and the only one that got me excited was the 350z.

There is something about this car that just makes me want to drive one every single day. and now im just 4k away from finally getting it.

I'm looking into a 2003 or 2004 Z with fair miles and good conditions. Im not planning on mod much I simply want to make it look really nice thats all. I know its going to take a few thousands but after seeing your pictures they are worth every single dime.

I hope to buy it around June.. I'll make a thread to let you all know and to show you my lovely Z.

Is passionate about the Z? Check.
Buying one with own money? Check.

No reason to flame here. Carry on.

based on your rate of savings let's extrapolate...

assume an '03 z is $12k... you've theoretically saved $8k in 24 months.

you need four more so that'll take 12 months.

then you'll be broke, but you'll have a Z.

You need to recalculate and take into consideration the vehicles depreciation... he probably only has 312 days left.

but also take into consideration the insurance and upkeep cost of a 9-10 yr old sports car.

gl op,there are some deals to be had on used 350z's. Just be aware of the issues with the years you have selected.
