Just got my 350Z!
Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a total forum n00b so if I trample all over your forum etiquette, I do apologize. 
Basically, I just got a chrome silver 2003 350z touring couple days ago. Ordered the Nismo cai from the dealership yesterday and I'm really excited about this car and all the possibilities. The Z is an automatic, but don't hate.
I'll post some pics. The car is in pristine condition!

Friendly advice to a "total forum n00b", WE LIKE PICTURES!
And you probably could have gotten a pop charger for less than it cost to walk into the dealer to order the CAI from them.
Search around the marketplace for deals on parts. Alot of people on here have TOO much money so they will buy stuff, then basically GIVE it away just to switch set ups.
Have thick skin-- and post pixars of yourself with your new Z!

If you do some research on the forum you will end up with good deals.Good deals= less money spent on mods=more money for more mods

dumb window
Hahaha thanks for the replies guys. I heard there was some lag with the pop charger so I didn't go with that even though the price was tempting.
Here's a pic.
Passenger window is already giving me hell. I took it in because the motor was dying and got that fixed without a problem. I come home and decide to thoroughly check it. Now every time I open that stupid p.o.s. door it screeches when the window drops down and back up. Took it back again. They didn't manage to figure it out and in addition to that they scratched my window. So now i'm getting a new window.. hopefully that will fix the issue.. -__- PISSED

Just do lots of reading/searching before buying mods. I loved the popcharger...if there was any lag, I never noticed it, and the sound was a million times better. I bought it because for the price, it was hard to pass up.

Haha well the kenwood came out of my old car. I was not about to let the stealership have it. It was just sitting there I think I'm happy with the Bose actually so if someone wants to buy for like 80 bucks it's all yours!
I'll make a legitimate post for that later though.

this is making me rethink. Do you have a video or something for the sound? If it's good I might just get my $330 back and get the JWT.
Return the nismo cai. Keep the stock airbox and get
A nice hks drop-in. Instead get a plenum spacer or start
Saving for an exhaust.

I'm reconsidering but I'm just so eager to get this thing in my car and returning it and waiting for the pop charger will kill me.
Does the drop in go inside the airbox instead of the oem filter? I haven't explored this car too much and I'm new to modding.
