Default New Z owner, looking for advice!

Hello, nice forum you guys have here.

So anyways, just the other day I hydroplaned doing about 65 and totaled my custom 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS, so now I'm in the market for another car. I wanted a rear wheel drive this time, for a reasonable price, so naturally the 350z is my primary choice. And let's just face it...the Z is dead sexy.

Anyways, I found a great deal on a 2004 350z Touring with 35,000 miles and some aftermarket upgrades for about $13,000. The guy seems reputable, but just to be sure I'd like some advice on things to watch out for when I go to buy this car. Just some common problems that I might want to be aware of that would say "dont buy this car!!".

Any help is appreciated!!!

tl;dr version: Buying car, what problems should I look for

Aftermarket/New parts its got are as follows:

Transmission (5000 miles on it)
Stage 1 Exedy Clutch
JWT Lightweight flywheel
Jim Wolf Technology Cold Air Intake
Tan Tein Racing Springs
installed at the same time by All Jap Performance Shop.

Full Sound system installed with Panasonic In-Dash with an Alpine 12 subwoofer with box.

Window Tints, tinted tails
Black O.Z. Racing Rims
Neo Gen Racing/Drifting Tires
Carbon Fiber short antenna with carbon fiber side emblems.
Seibon Carbon Fiber Hood

His background story is that he was upgrading it to put a turbo in, but before he did, he got accepted into med school in England and is leaving on the 20th. He said if I can't get there before the 19th, he's selling it to carmax, which is why I am getting a good deal on it.

No major problems with 2004. Plenty of happy miles after 35,000.

NOTE: Transmission was installed by Nissan? Warranty?

He told me that he learned how to drive stick on the car when he got it. He replaced the clutch, flywheel, and decided to get a new transmission as well since it was still under warantee.

They're way sexier in one piece though, so please take care if you get a Z. Welcome to the forum.
