New z owner
hello guys im a new owner of a 2006 350z redline enthusiast and i absolutely love the car....i've had the car for a little over a month now and unfortunately the clutch gave out and i was wondering if anybody on here knows of any good clutches i can use to replace my old one with and im a little tight on cash at the moment so nothing too expensive please.... thank you guys for your time and i will post pics soon
theres a million threads on anything ill tell you here, but pick out some key words and search.
Dont know how many miles you ahve on the stock clutch and fly now.. but most of the time the flywheel gets replaced when the clutch goes out.. if youre seriously that tight on cash, having them maybe just clean it as well as possible, but a new OEM clutch would be your best bet, its quite good.
If you want to take this time to upgrade the car just a hair, a Jim Wolf (JWT) clutch and flywheel combo is usually 775 shipped and your local nissan specializing shop should charge you a few hundred to install, ie 250-450 bucks.
Its a bit noisy, so read and pull it up on youtube before you buy, you may not like it, but it sure feels nice to drive w it.
