Welcome and congratulations.

Neither should effect the way the Z runs. Both are simple bolt-ons. That said, installing an intake may create problems. Messing with the throttle body is problematic. The Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) is also sensitive. Search both the intake forum. Read. Learn.

EDIT: I assume that the OEM oxygen sensors are intact and operating properly.

Confused...are you having a problem?Or,do you think you will have a problem?
Its possible from the mods you listed(if you are having a problem...car doing "weird things")the battery was not disconnected during installation.Or,the car was started with the CAI off...
It may be as simple as just letting the car's computer "learn" these additions.
Remove the negative cable on your battery.Wait 3-4hours or,overnite then
reconnect.See if your "problem" goes away.

When I purchased the car it had unleaded in it and sometimes I could press the gas all the way and the rpm's would rev up slow but most of the time it was fine then I put premium in it and the rpm's constantly go up slow

Fuel octane will have no effect engine RPM. We are stabbing in the dark here. Nissan will run a complete diagnostics and isolate the problem. "It might be..." comments get you nowhere.

EDIT: I pointed to the throttle body, Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) and oxygen sensors. You spent several hours reading about these subjects here? And several hours inspecting your vehicle? I got no time for lazy.

Okay just took the car on a drive and when I have the clutch pressed in the rpm's rev up slow just like when I have it in gear but when I have the car in neutral the rpm's go up fast is that the clutch not releasing? When I just got a new one put on along with a fly wheel.
