There's plenty you can do to an auto. Throw in a transgo shift kit and you'll be whelpin on half the 6MT's out there... people think they're fast just cause they've got 6 gears... lol
plenum spacer and Uprev tune next for sure. High flow cats or test pipes are a nice addition but there are trade offs to each

Right now my budget isn't too high. I'm graduating high school at the end of this month and will GeForce some money, but just looking to do some things over time. So a few hundred here and there. I don't know much about plenum sparcers so any ideas on some specifics. of what should look for? I would love to start taking it to the track. I got one right down the street. but its pretty much stock besides the intake and exhaust.

Hyuk is right, first we need specifics. You answered some of those necessary questions, but due to your budget not being huge, I think you should decide on whether you want to spend your money on performance mods, improving the look of your car, etc.. because as we all know, the Z can be a money pit.
If you prefer performance over looks, then I'd agree with thisishk350, go with a plenum spacer, tune, etc. If you're going to be tracking your car a good bit, you should probably look into spending some money on your brake components (good rotors, pads, braided steel brake lines, etc.)
It really all depends on your expectations for the car and what you want to use it for.
With all that said, this thread is worthless without pics!

A plenum spacer(5/16 will fit with your stock strut bar)is a great mod.Its
just part of a basic "recipe"...CAI,exhaust system, to give your car added performance.
Realistically, these three adds plus a tune will not give you the "pin you in your seat"
results of FI.But,your car will feel more responsive and "lighter".
It will also sound great!

I didn't realize you had a redline. I have a redline Z as well, I love the color.
You should get rid of those blacked out side markers and replace them with clear side markers.
I'm sure you could probably find them cheaper somewhere else, but just incase:
http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/33-2903
With your lights and emblems blacked out, as well as your wheels being painted black, you desperately need to tint your windows.
I think you should do something about your suspension, then your wheels. I'd highly advise you to buy coilovers instead of springs when you do decide to change up your ride height. You won't be satisfied with springs and you can get a pair of mdu coilovers for not much more than springs are (520-560 for mdu coilovers) and it will make your car ride and look better than springs would. The wheels don't look terrible, I think theyd look alright with a drop and spacers (25mm front, 30mm back with those wheels).
I'm much more a fan of dual exhausts, I have a dual greddy evo2 on my car, but I don't think there's anything wrong with the single. It looks good, and I'm sure it sounds good.
You should go out and spent 20-75 bucks and buy some stuff to detail your car, it would make it look a lot better as well.
IMO, if I were you, I'd:
1 - Get clear side markers
2 - tint windows
3 - detail car
4 - wheel spacers
5- Shorty antennae (s2k)
6 - If you're into engine upgrades: Plenum spacer, tune
7 - Suspension upgrade
