Default Phoenix noob

Hey guys just picked up a 04 Z yesterday. Traded in my 2012 Veloster I had for a few months and already had 12k miles on it.

The z is silver auto with 60k miles. Bose and heated seats. I test drove a 08 6mt which was great but im not good with the stick at all with the 200 miles I drive a day for work, just wasn't confident enough getting used to the tranny in a day lol.

Anyways happy to be back in rwd. I traded in my genesis coupe for the Veloster now to the 350z. Couldn't be happier.

This car will also be doubling as my shop car for my car business so I can't wait to start modding

I attached some pics for the new Z and my GC

Welcome!
Man,you go through cars.
Hopefully you'll keep your Z long enough to enjoy it!
Had a Veloster...what did'nt you like about it?
Have a friend waiting for the turbo to come out.
I like the looks of the car.Well thought out design.
I never could get a "long term" feeling for the GC.
its one of those cars that looks great at first glance.
When you see it awhile later,it does'nt look as good.
Maybe with the design they were trying too hard?
A bit over the top.I think the Korean cars are where
the Japanese were in the 90's.They just have not
brought out THE car yet.Need some big HP.For
some reason they use tires too narrow on their cars...

Anyway, fillus in on your Z plans!

Thanks guys

My side business is EDI Performance. I am an authorized dealer for all major brands - Eibach, Injen, AEM, Cobb Tuning, APR, the list goes on. Im solely online with no physical location which is great because its a side job for now until it takes off a little more.

As for the Veloster, its a great car. Perfect for commuting but anymore than that it sucks. I had the package 3 so it had every possible option from the factory, leather, nav, pano roof. I just missed having a car that I can pull out into traffic without being ran over lol. I will miss the 40+ mpg for sure though.

Plans for the 350z are Stance or BC Racing coils and a set of 19s once I find a set I like. Then Stoptech from and rear bbk. I really don't want to do much for performance right now because im planning on the vortech, but in the mean time Im sure ill slap on a cai and catback and call it a day.

Im so psyched to have a car with aftermaket parts available EVERYWHERE lol

Yea I wish I would of had some more time. I drive 200 miles a day for work in my personal car so I would of had to learn in a day lol and the traffic here sucks so I would of made a fool of myself. I did however start getting it more and more, I just felt alot of pressure to get it down in one day :/.

Thanks for the welcomes guys

I am kind of kicking myself for not getting the 6mt but it is what it is. I feel like I got a great deal regardless and im all smiles about it.

As for the miles, my main job is in Sales for Frito Lay and I use my personal car to service all my accounts so I rack up the miles pretty quick but I do get reimbursement for the majority of the miles.

Ahh I can't wait to start modding it.
