2006 Interlagos Fire base model with 94k miles. Previously owned in Nevada by someone who obviously didn't care for it with evidence from multiple door dings, cigarette burns and untreated rock chips.

I don't plan on racecar-ing it until I can afford to go all out with it, so it's my DD 24/7. Don't expect any unpainted body kits, obnoxious fart cans, and "WATCH MY LIGHT2LIGHT DRAG RACE" youtube videos from me.

My first plans are to return the car into a clean shape by fixing the door dings and the rock chips.
Then do basic mods like exhaust, spacer, intake, suspension, and a mild tune later down the road that'll raise efficiency and MPG during DD, and make it more enjoyable when giving it more love on the twistys and fast lanes.

My only question is what are some good online shops to order from? I see a lot, just not sure who's a reliable place to order from.

Sounds like you are thinking logically about your Z.
Having a plan is the first step doing things the right way and, spending
$$$ needlessly!
I agree with some of the info on vendors already given.
Personally,when I find a vendor that offers quality product,selection
and service(and communication),I stay with e'm.
ZI Motorsports&The Z Store are my favorites.
Another thing to look is that, the product categories offered by these vendors are a bit different.Z1 Motorsports is geared to the tech/performance parts end.The Z store more on accessories.Furthermore,Z1 offeres their own line of a broad spectrum parts like
CATS,CAI,spacers etc that are excellent quality at bargain prices.
Too bad the previous pwner of your Z showed so much neglect.Interlagos is one of my
all time fav Z colors!
Good luck!

I don't want to blow the motor by adding something I don't know, or be some of the guys I know and have the car in a shop and the engine pulled for months at a time and pay w or more car notes.
I also know some people with *racecar* and they hate DD it and only enjoy it when it's on the track.

And thanks for the quick replies and answers everyone! Already building up a good wish list.
I'll try to take pictures today if the weather cooperates and doesn't storm.

Welcome to the forum. Happy tlc'ing, sounds like she'll need it after the previous owner.

I know some people in the bodyshop business that can fix the rock damage no problem for a decent price. The place I got the car from said they'd do $40 a wheel to fix the horrible curb rash, so hopefully they'll keep their word on that.
I planned on re-doing the roof lining and everything up top either in a matching black fabric or maybe alcantara, so I'm not too worried about the cigarette burns.

Sorry for no pics yet guys. Had to drive through some puddles and got her dirty. After a good wash and clean I'll get some shots.
