Finally home

Finally home
After spending my younger years with the jeep family, and after recently selling my 09 Wrangler, I finally joined the Z family.
The 350Z was always my dream car, but living in Iowa, I always talked myself out of it. Finally, I found one for the right price, and I made the move. Hopefully winter will be kind to me, and hopefully my Blizzaks will fight through it. I wont have to do that much driving, so I should be alright.
I am chomping at the bit to do some cosmetic upgrades, I can't justify upping the performance considering it is my DD and I have no need to go faster. It already has a CA intake, and it seems like a plenum spacer might be in my future, but thats about it, performance wise.
As far as the looks, my goal is to make this japanese car as unjapanese as possible.
Future plans:
Tint windows/taillights
Black rims
Black out badges, handles, anything silver really
Feels good to be a Z owner and I look forward to begging you guys for help!

Thank you!
And thats the key! I am going to attempt to make the car as clean as possible. Not to hate on anyone else, to each his own by all means, but my Z will not see anything beyond the upgrades I mentioned. I have never been a fan of the "fast and the furious" body kits and spoilers. I feel like the original design of the vehicle was flawless enough. Once again, thats purely my opinion, not stepping on any toes. Cars are like women. We don't all agree on who the hottest one is, but thats just fine because there are tons of hotties.

And I do fear the mod bug, but thankfully I have the best defense -> Broke college kid
Thank you! I live in Ames, go to school at Iowa State, and I am currently working for the Athletics Communications there.
White was definitely the only way to go for me. Something about white cars and black rims...
I wish! I love the way it looks once they are dropped, but the car is already extremely low for the **** poor roads in Iowa.

Pearl black? sounds very unique on wheels. I don't see many people done pearl black in their wheels. I think if you drop the car maybe 1-1.5 inch, it will looks a lot better and better handling as well .

Your clearly attempting to solicit, but I'll entertain the notion either way. I mentioned already that I live in Iowa, where the stock Z height is already too low for a lot of places, and the roads here are complete garbage.
