Default New Z owner looking for direction

Hey guys! I am BRAND NEW to the forum and pretty fired up to get to work on my Z. OK, here is what I have and the issues I need to resolve. I am unsure the history of the car but I won it in an auction. It is a Track addition of the car and appears to be in good working order. Here are the issues:

1. The front bumper cover has been ripped off as well as a lip of sorts on the rear bumper.
2. It looks like ground effects where on the car and maybe very low to the ground causing #1.

Here is my question. I have been to two separate body shops and they want more than I can afford to make the repairs. I am pretty handy so I would like to entertain doing the work myself. So here it goes. Here is what I see:

1. I will need New or refurbished front and rear bumper. (Recommendation on where to get)
2. I need the front splash guards for passenger and driver side. As well as what appears to be a splash guard under the engine. Perhaps where the bumper cover mounts?
3. I need 10mm bolts and the top rivets. Where is the best place to get the correct ones?
4.Their is a pretty bad SMELL in the car, any thoughts on the best way to get it out. Smell kinds like they dumped trash in it! I hate when people treat cars like this!
5. Are their any threads that shop how to install and uninstall the bumper covers? I tried to search but I don't think I am doing correctly.

I am 100% positive their will and are more issues. The Car runs GREAT, but cosmetically looks awful. I really just need a good place to get parts to get her looking good again. Thank you guys in advance for any assistance. I hope as time progresses, I can actually start upgrading stuff on the car.

I live in Georgia.
Sounds like you have your work cut out for you.
You may want to run out to Carrollton and visit Z-1 Motorsport.
They have new and tons of used parts.Check their website.
You can get some great advice there too.
Local Craigs usually will have Z parts for sale.

Local craigs has been pretty good so far. Thanks for the heads up. I am getting the front and back bumper painted the end of this week and new brakes all the way around soon. It has 19in rim all the way around. I dont recall seeing this size, is this a normal size for the Z? It has much wider tires in the rear and had a very mean stance. Also, I am being told it is Track edition but I really cant tell the difference. I read the online difference but feel unsure about how to decipher. It does not have Nav or Leather, but appears to have bigger brakes on it. Thoughts?

Also has ground affects on the side that appear to have been curbed, causing them to break loose a little from the car. It looks kinda like putty or something like it that is securing it to the car. I may have to take the ground affects off but I am kind scared to think of what is below. The back had a ton of holes in it causing me to need a new back bumper cover. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Bondo? Repaint?
