Upgraded to a 370Z
Hey, i actually have been lurking on this forum since May of last year. I never had a reason to post anything because i always seem to find what i am looking for either on here or google. I recently traded in my 2005 350Z Track in for a 2010 370Z base with the Sports Package.
First thing is that i absolutely LOVE this car and its an amazing vehicle.
the interior is FLAWLESS and there is nothing wrong powertrain wise.
BUT there are a couple of things that i didnt like when i picked it up. Everything on this car was from the previous owner and i really dont like how he treated it. There is a stillen front bumper which the fitment isnt great and there are some paint chips on the hood and bumper. There are chips in the powder coating on the wheels and it looks like he covered it up with a sharpie. There is an aftermarket stereo system that had a lot of engine noise coming through it, i went in and noticed that the power and ground to the amp was hooked up with some kind of 8 gauge house wire, so i went in and rewired everything with the correct wire/gauge and now the noise is gone.
And finally there are Stillen CAI's that are scratched up to hell and have no clue why
But again overall i love it and all these are minor issues that will be taken care of ASAP! Here are some pics.

Lol not sure what im going to do with the front yet, nor do i know what my goals will be with this vehicle yet either. I do know i want to fix all the cosmetics first though and re coating the wheels is first on my list!
Good lookin 370.
Do you have a aftermarket exhaust?More specifically,
have the cats been changed--added hfc's/test pipes?
That maybe why you have scratches on the CAI's.Or,
work done on the plugs etc.

I don't have an aftermarket exhaust, I do know that the transmission and the clutch Slave was already replaced and it was done at the dealership. I actually called the dealership to ask why because I was afraid of abuse but they said that it was getting stuck in 6th gear and with the slave, it was just a bad one. They also informed me that if there was a sign of abuse they wouldn't touch the car and the work wouldn't have gotten done.
