Default First Z, work in progress

Hey everyone, just bought my first Z this past weekend, A 2003 silver Grand Touring
It needs some love, need to fix everything the previous owner's "mechanic" got his hands on basically. Thats what i get for picking up the cheapest Z i could find, however i do all my own work and plan to bring this car up to my standards.

hoping to get to know some of you, prehaps attend an event or 2 this summer on my time off and visit this information goldmine you guys call my350z.com

(pictures will come, she's not worthy just now hahah)

Thinking your car is a Touring. There was no Grand Touring model for 2003.

What kinda plans do you have for her? Just bringing back goodness to stock or building up with mods?

Congrats from a fellow new Z owner! I just picked up an '06 Base that is also a work in progress. Mechanically she's sound but cosmetically it needs a little work (piece of door trim, clean the window motor, interior plastic painting, and some curb rash...all common with the Z).

I also plan on doing some work myself but with the help of a mechanic friend who will teach me the right way to do things.

Can't wait to see pics!
