I agreed 100% with the mod direction you are going to do with 202k miles car. You want to change out all the wear and tear parts first like you describe above. Enjoy driving your 350Z with the power you have right now to save your money for built motor or boost when the motor gives up on you. Don't forget, high power, needs big brake kit, so it is not too bad to upgrade that as well.

right i totally meant to put brakes on that damn list close to the top..lol...ive already faded the stockers more than once
