Default 2003 350z

I just wanted to introduce myself, i'm new to the forum and to the Z community. I just purchased mine last week. It is all stock, and i am looking to start my upgrades with a stage 2 clutch and lighter flywheel. Just from everyone's experiences what are some "do's" and "don'ts" with the clutches on these cars... also trial and error with brands.
Thanks!
