Ya Im hoping too. If not oh well, I'll just have to cut down on some more of the more expensive stuff to go for a paint job. Like instead of a TDX2 exhaust I'll get Invidia Gemini. $800 in saving right there!! and Ill still be happy Pray to the car gods that it works out.

We had to get rid of one of our Z's with out first kid, a pair of Z's as our daily drivers was just not going to work. A few more years I'll probably buy my wife another fun car, we still have my Z but it's really not that fun/easy to drive on the street.

Hmmm, I'm in that forgotten-what-that gotta-buy-a-house-have-kids-and-drive-boring-cars-period was like. Heh heh.

Seriously though, enjoy the new car! Looks great!

MicBeingOldSucksButIt'sBetterThanTheAlternative

PS At least I never had to buy a mini-van, utilitarian as they are.

Yupe, but thank baby hey zues my wife is anti mini van, just like me.

Got the car back today. Ya the clear coat was thin on the redone paint job. He def went a little too deep on a few spots. But over all he did an excellent job. Its real clear now and got rid of the chunks that were speckled throughout the paint. No tears here. Now to decide on some wheels!!

Whelp failed MD inspection the other day . Tag light (super easy and done) Frozen caliper (easy and done) Bad tire (easy) and exhaust leak (not so easy). When the retard that ran this car off the road he must have seriously epic failed. There's a crack at the flange on mid pipe side and the muffler gasket is blown out. New exhaust here I come (not terribly unhappy ). That makes the total in repairs (parts only) to $2500. Good thing I know how to turn a wrench.

LOL it was close. My first car was a 92 Dodge Stealth ES. And I did some dumba$$ in that. But I left for the Marines 2 weeks after senior week. So that prob helped a little.

Default Im back

Sorry I haven't been on this summer. Between having the baby and work I've had no time for my Z (other than just driving it). But the good news is that it HAS SURVIVED the baby's arrival and is not going anywhere. Bad news its she is draining ALL of the expendable (Z money) for the moment. With that said though, this winter begins phase 1 of Z upgrades. Starting with a whole new suspension, and new clutch/TOB and possibly light weight flywheel. Anywho, hello all.
