Hey guys, new owner here First time Nissan owner hopefully all goes well Went from Z to another Z









When I purchased the I noticed this white wire hanging down on the passenger side foot well. Does anybody know what this wire is and where it might go?

 

That wire is probably for a phone - definitely not original.

I did have a TPMS device just like that one. Totally right!

 

It's been a few years since I've reset the TPMS in my car, but I don't recall the wire being white, and I'm sure it wasn't that long.

 

Definitely looks like an extension.

 

No kidding! I did this a couple weeks ago and it was a real PITA digging that tiny wire out from under the dash to ground it. That definitely looks like the extension cord for that OTC reset tool that has the "pistol grip."
