So back in September 2016 i was finally able to purchase the car ive always wanted, purchased a 2006 enthusiast with 23,600 miles. Final price was 14k. The car had 1 owner (female) since new and was garage kept its whole life, completely bone stock, except for some brand new tires. Was wondering if i got a good deal or not, i was super excited when i came across this Z because i must have looked at about 10 other ones and they were all pretty beat up/ crazy mods (wanted stock so i can have a blank canvas pretty much) so as soon as i saw this one i left a deposit and came back a week later to pick up my new baby. Anyways any opinions are welcome and id love to know if you guys think i got a good deal or not. Sitting pretty in the showroom
Its an iphone 4 adapter to listen to my phone on the stock radio, and there is also 3 wires coming up from behind the 3 gauges, 1 of them is an aux and not sure what the other 2 are but ill post some pics of those when i get a chance. Never saw these on another Z.
Likewise, if you never seen them on another Z, likely it isn't stock. It's not.
Also, that's in great condition. Wished you got an HR though.
An HR would have been nice but im still very very happy with the overall condition of the car, this is my first rwd car so im still getting a feel for the car before i go crazy with the mods. Figured it wasnt stock but had to ask ive been wondering since September
Looks like you scored with a low mileage cream-puff. Honestly prices are all over the place, but it all boils down to condition and mileage. And you got the best of those

that was my main concern especially since it was 06 that the interior wasnt scratched at all
watch the oil
and never wreck it, ppw is hard to match/fade
i know about the dreaded burnt oil but so far I haven't had any issues with it (yay) and yes ive heard how hard it is to colormatch, im thinking of either wrapping the car or clearbra the bumpers, mud flaps and other places prone to rock chips and road debris
What are your guys thoughts on this color wrap? Not with gold wheels though and i dont think i would do the door handles blue, its called diamond blue. Ive seen diamond red in person and it is absolutely crazy in the sunlight!! And if anyone knows any good wrap shops in the NYC area please let me know
not a fan of the glitter look personally, i am more of a simpleton. one thing i do like on white cars, it the roof wrapped black like below
that looks awesome i might try to do that myself with vinyl since it would only cost about 50$ for the materials and if i mess up ill bring to a pro
ive wanted to vinyl wrap for a while the videos make it look so easy but i know it wont be that easy when i do it haha
I don't know what it is, but after seeing your car, it honestly got me thinking about putting my mud flaps back on.. I think its your color. It makes more of an impression imo. I just didn't like them on my Silverstone.

You're one of those guys, huh? The vq35hr is not the end all greatest motor ever made. Yeah, they're a little faster in stock form, but don't have as much aftermarket support as a de does. In comparing de vs hr, guess what? They're both slow. Forced induction or ls swap is how you make a 350z fast.
