Default New Z

Hi all! Sold mt ZO6 and needed a new toy. Got an 05 350Z with 26,000 miles. I do have a question. That rubber shorty antenna, does it unscrew so you can take it off for the car cover?

First off, Welcome !

Any plans for the 350Z ?

What's the story behind the switch, also any comparisons and contrast impressions from the Z06 to the 350Z ?

I had the ZO6 for 3 years and it was time for a change. I get board. The ZO6 had 18,000 miles on it and I was offered a great price to sell it. It had Borla Attack exhaust and a cold air intake which added a few more hp's to the stock 405. The car was crazy fast, sounded awsome and stuck to the road like glue in the twisties. .I found this Z locally. It was a 2 adult owner 6 speed car with 26,000 miles on it. He was asking 12,000.00 for it and I ended up at 10,500.00 which I thought was fair. The Z has about 150 hp less but it quick enough. The Nissan dealership put on the graphics, Nismo exhaust and cold air intake. It had a high end Kenwood stereo, XM, Bluetooth, CD, you name it radio which I swapped the original working radio that he had back in to look original. The Kenwood is plug and play if anyone needs a really nice high end one to replace their broken unit. E mail me. Thanks!
