Some equal length headers will improve the "pop & crackle". But a tune is going to be needed for sure. I was surprised by the addition of the pop & crackle effect after I put Momentum Performance Headers on my Z, I already had the Bassani catback system with a basic Uprev tune. After the header install and retune, things just got better. I picked up a few more hp & ft/lb tq with the headers, most folks don't bother because the job is a royal PITA and the gains so small. I say why not, a gain is a gain, every little bit adds up.
