Default Owner's Manuals

Good Day all. Noob from Edmonton, CA. Just picked up an '05 Grand Touring Roadster yesterday. Seller said it didn't come with a manual, which seemed odd, but Mrs. Google seems to be telling me that they didn't come with a manual from the factory - that you had to purchase it as an extra ... say it ain't so, Joe? I was hoping there was a secret nook or cranny where it might be hidden ... I've already downloaded the PDF version, but it's kinda nice to have the factory manual to carry around.

It also has a Bose AM/FM sound system with cd and (this kills me) cassete player. I'd love to find the manual for that as well.

Haven't had a Nissan since they were Datsun back in the '70s. Almost bought a Z in '73, but went for a TR6 instead.

Thanks,
Brian

My 2003 came with an owner's manual. I rarely use it since I have the .pdf version on my computer. The information for the Bose should be in the owner's manual if you can find one. I don't know about the Roadster, but in the glove box behind the passenger seat, there is a hidden compartment under the floor of the glove box.

All cars come with something called an "Owner's Manual". Nothing mysterious about it.... just tells you how to turn this or that on, how to check oil, type of oil. Differs from a "Factory Service Manual" which is a shop tool guiding the mechanics through the repair processes. That one must be ordered or otherwise purchased. Unless you know the right people <wink wink>.

Shhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! https://nicoclub.com/archives/nissan...e-manuals.html
