So a couple of days ago I got a 2004 350z.150 000 miles. I have been driving it pretty hard. Now I get this smell every time I start the engine. Like this burning oil/rubber smell. It goes away after I drive for a second or two, and the smell only comes when the ac is on.
Planing to do a service on it tomorrow, do you think it just might be old fluids?

 

more than likely would say a small oil leak from valve covers but really numerous things could be causing this. Only way to know would be look.

 

Since it only happens with a/c on it means the belt is likely too loose. Easy fix.
