I’m having an issue with my car running on 12 volts and my battery and brake light was on. I pulled alternator took it to advance, auto zone and oriellys to get it tested and it was fine also replaced battery. now what confuses me is my radio also won’t turn on and when i turn my headlights on, only my driver side comes on and the passenger side front and rear turn signal stays on. It’s not blinking it’s just staying on. Ive checked grounds and both terminals are fine.

Fixed the turn signal issue wires were rubbing on my tires bc i’m static and bear wire was touching. But i let it run for a few mins and check engine light came on for a P0603.
