2004 350Z Roadster
Hey all, I'm new to this forum so I thought I would join and ask a couple questions. I recently purchased a 2004 Roadster Touring with 35,000 kilometres on it, around 22, 000 miles. It was a fairly inexpensive $16,000 CDN (about $12,000 USD). It appears it's never even been driven in the rain, so I'm trying to keep it in a pristine a condition as I can, ideally it will become collectible at some point. At this point it's completely stock, even the brakes are original. Without making any real changes I was wondering about what tires would you suggest putting on it? I'm likely not going to drive it too hard, just would like some good handling tires. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
If you're not going to be driving in below freezing temperatures, some good summer high performance tires would be your best bet.
As far as it becoming a collectible, I wouldn't hold my breath on that one, but who knows what will happen in 50 years? Maybe all the Dugans will have wrecked the lot of them by that time.
Welcome and post some pics when you get a chance!

Love the roadster on a sunny day.
I think the key is whether you are going to have one set of tires or two.
Those high-performance summer tires have to come off when it gets cold and many recommend storing above 40-45.
If you are going to stick with one set, I like the Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus on the stock wheels.
Solid performer, decent price and can be on the car year-round.
