So as the title suggest i’m trying to put s 350 z automatic engine, into a 2018 nissn kicks- obviously the size is going to be an issue but how big of an issue? Is it do-able? I known in will need new computer? Mass airflow changes is it too mycj trouble and money?

Welcome, but you gotta be kiddin'! You'd take a new car like the Kicks and try to shoehorn a VQ into it? In modern cars, that's a recipe for disaster on so many fronts.
