Im really not, i didnt explain that well. My girlfriend/fiancee and I purchased this M3 at a crazy price, with the hopes of flipping the car and making a pretty penny. But we both love the car. She has a 6.0 ltr. 05 GTO and hates it, so I am basically letting her drive it daily until we sell the M or the GTO.

I went again to see the Nismo in person, and I really can not stand the rear or the wing, my gf said that it looks like a 17 year old Asian kids car (and she is Asian!) Then I figured another thing out, If i baught the car, changed the wheels, and the rear bumper wouldn't that kind of take away from the whole idea/theme of the car? Im not particularly fond of the 19"/18" wheel combo, or their looks.

I don't know, im still up in the air. I have to drive the Nismo and the 335 tom.
*another choice::: sell my Z pick up another e46 M3!

If you are going to rip it apart, don't buy a Nismo Z. I love the car just as it comes from the factory. You don't. Don't buy it! I am a 45 year old white male.....

I still say get the 335 and be done with it, but if you get the Nismo Z, there's nothing wrong with modding it to your liking.

Personally, on a non-black car, I'd switch out the rear bumper and be done with it. If you're not a fan of the wheels, you should be able to get a decent chunk of change if you sell them right away.

The car is great as is. Have you seen one in person?

^I'm sure the car is great. Really, no need to it defend any longer.

No where did I call it ugly or anything of the sort. A few posts above, the OP was taking opinions of possibly modding the Nismo Z if he were to buy/order one. So I gave my opinion on the subject, even though it may not be to your liking, it doesn't mean I'm trashing the car.

Like many here, I have not seen a Nismo Z in person. However, as far as I'm aware, neither have you. Even though the rear end is not to my liking, I don't believe I "trashed" it in any of my posts. In fact, I do believe I am somewhat of an advocate for the value of the Nismo Z as represented by some my posts here and on another forum.

Quite honestly, you do seem a bit defensive on the subject. There's really no need to let people's opinions on a public forum bother you much. I know you're expecting delivery soon, so I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy the car without the forum reinforcing your decision.

I may have been wrong on the matter of him seeing the car in person, but I wasn't aware that he took delivery already. I don't keep up with all the posts, but within the last couple days, I thought jmark was still awaiting delivery.

I picked up mine last Thursday. Best car purchase I have ever made! The car needs nothing. Opinions of people going on only photos are misinformed. Sorry if I came across defensive. Just trying to get people to keep an open mind. They'll be sorry once they see this car in person.

I bet the car just looks bad *** in person! I can't wait to see one. Of course, I'd rather own one, but 38k is getting up near BMW money... yikes.

Is the car worth it? YES YES YES.

Unbelievable. This car handles like a dream. We just got back from our SA cruise, and let me tell you, this car sticks! I took turns that were 15 mph at 60+. My passenger freaked out and I was catching up to other 350z in the turns FAST.

Just wanted to say that! :P

I have personally seen SOLO-350Z's NISMO Z and it is bad azz! Those 19" rear wheels have a lot of grip! My suspension is heavily modified for autocross & he was right behind me on those twisties during the cruise yesterday & his Z is tight. Here are a couple of pics from yesterday's cruise. His NISMO Z is in the middle of the 1st pic. The 2nd pic shows one of the twisties with elevation changes . . . we were taking those turns at pretty good clip & our Zs were handling it. The 3rd pic is our group picture.

I personally think the new nismo z is beautiful and unique compare to the m3 or 335i. It looks fast standing still with that unique body kit.

i love the new nismo z body kits. If i have the money, I would buy the nismo z, then swap an ls7 z06 engine in this badboy. wow...I just came a bit thinking about a limit edition z with 500hp NA power.

Nearly the same choice between M5, M3 and Z I had month ago when pushed my Evo. The choice is obvious - only Z can calm my tuning hunger.

down in Ukraine NISMO is 60K and over (!). But we still buying them. Bimmer is good, but boring. Nismo is an exclusive that can be investment if stays stock.
also bmw can be theft any minute. ZESUS-C, sell your GTO and Z, you will be owner of 2 unique best handlingever(after Porsche 911 of course) sportcars in the world.
by the way I sold M3 E36 for 19,5 K$ last week, and as far as I know in Germany M3 E36 costs about 12k Euro thats 16-18 K$ (for 1996-98 E36 piece of **** is too high). The same high prices are for any rare sport car. M3 E46 `03 is 48-50 K$.

NISMO will not lose its price as the other Z will.
