Anyone put an aftermarket intake in there Nismo yet? Wondering what fits considering we have that extra strut bar. I was planning on picking up a Nismo intake but I want to see the #'s first.

yeah they are R-tune but the tunes are black not red. the red was an unfinished version

if you look at the picture of the prototypes. the cone filters sit down low in the engine bay so the only possible issue would be the heat sheilds rubbing on the strut. but i would think nismo wouldnt make a intake that wouldnt fit on a nismo Z

yeah the $435 ones.
i would realistically say 8-10HP maybe and 4-5 lb ft of torque
the intakes are fine for the engine they are short ram so you dont have to really worry about hydrolock from water puddles. so its nothing to worry about as far as harming your engine.

depends on if i trade in the Z or sell it outright privately. but yeah i will let you know either way. Rick might want the car back in some way as part of the GT-R deal
