DMV could "fine" the dealership for selling your trade in, without having all the paperwork complete, plus it would be upsetting to the buyer of that car having to return it. whos to say how many miles they put on it already.

i am willing to guess that used car mgr. got chew'd out, or lost his job.

 

Can't you just lease it and then at the end of the term, they usually give you an option to buy it, don't they?

 

glad you got it straightened out. you should makes copies of all of your contracts and documents. You don't want them pulling another quick one on you..btw, whats up with the english bro?
