Will this fit the non-HR motor equipped Z? If it does, then i'm your first customer for this....

It's not bling bling like the ARC bar, but AAM has a similar piece that's likely much cheaper.

For the non-Nismo owners, the stock bar is probably cheaper than the ARC too. Of course it's plain in comparison, but it's fully functional.

I can't see how functional it is considering it is bolting to plastic at the front half. I've asked my contacts in Japan a few times what the purpose was, and no one knew lol

It is bolted down through the plastic, to the metal portion underneath.

The Nissan release lists the items under structural rigidity. Special consideration is given during assembly of the NISMO 350Z – structural rigidity is enhanced by additional body welds to the already rigid 350Z body and additional supports have been added front and rear.

AAM advertises the bar as a Front Support Brace helps to mitigate any further vibration and flex of the front radiator support.

I doubt I would notice a difference if I were to remove it, but I'd still rather have it.

Mounts at the same points as the stock bar on the NISMO.
