Pass, those are some hard driven miles I bet! Typical stealership prices! My dealer has had (1) and they only got one since they arrived several months ago! Its still sitting! Delaer said its one of a kind, yeah sitting for 8 months in your parking lot~

Yup they are having a very hard time moving them... Because if you think about it, many people would love to drive them, but they are not all that practical, and a good chuck of change.
I got my 07 new for 35,800. The dealers have a $1000 incentive on the 07's which I found out about when they were filling out the paperwork. Espically since the 08's are out now anyways.
But you should easily be able to get it for below invoice. I would make the arguement someone made above about a car like this is usually driven hard, plus you can get a new one for the same price.
I wouldn't go any higher than 33K.... If you can get a new one (07) for another $3000, may be worth it to buy it new and have peace of mind you are not buying someone elses problems. They are around, if your dealer is part of group 1 automotive they have access to cars all over the region, and chances are one dealer in that lot will have one.
The dealers talk a big game with this car, but when it comes down to it they can't sell it. I think if you walk in with a check and say this is what I will give you and set the terms they will fold. Otherwize call around, because most dealers dont ahve the car on the lot and are bidding on the same car. One of them will send it in so they make like $500 bucks. Its an easy sell. That is what I did when I bought mine. Called about 10 places and they started at arond 38K and eventually found the lowest was 35,800
Good Luck

Definitely try to bargain down the price, but I wouldn't worry too much about how it was driven. Even if it was driven "hard," the car still should be just as good as any other car.
For any used car, you really have no idea how it was driven, so to speculate does no good. Just take the savings and be happy.

Its worth every bit of 37 grand, but if you can get it cheaper, thats cool also, I drive a porsche 911 from time to time and never get the atention I do in the nismo alot of fun and I think its a future classic, so the price will always be higher than a normal Z, plus u get so much more bang for your buck.good luck.

Thats what I paid for mine new... You should see if they will lower the price to like 33K... Thats reasonable for a used one....
Im in the process of buying one too. Ive found 2 in florida both way under that price and brand new!! Thats way too much for used. Theres a new one here with 54 miles for $33,900 and its an 07 so yea you should be able to get for 31-32 EASY. A dealership right next to me also has a new 07 with 17 miles for $35,991.
Agreed with Ronnie - I had a used 07 w/ 5,000m at a sub 31k price
lined up... in NC. You should not pay a DIME over 32K no matter what
for this vehicle used (regardless of mileage).

Comming from the dealer you have no idea who drove it before. If you are buying the car off of someone you know, you have a general idea how well they took care of it and what not.
Dealers..... Who knows. They usually just take the KBB price and call it a day. I don't trust dealers inspect anything well. (Leaving the spacers on during their pre delivery inspections... case and point)
I feel as I paid a 3 grand premium for buying this car new knowing there were no problems created by previous owners. I think 32K range is fair.
If you look at any performace car ex) STI/EVO they loose value immediatly because they are cars known to be driven hard by drivers. That is why I plan on keeping my car for a while. Putting it another way, if I were looking to buy a used Nismo I would think 32K would be a fair price to buy for knowing that these cars are made to be tracked and some of them have been.

Well honestly if you look at just the dealer sales this is a hard car to move. Every dealer Ive talked to has had the car at least 3 months already with no close buyers which is making them sell for less and less. If I could get a NEW nismo for 35k$ why would I buy a used one for the same price?? Sure these people bought the car when it first came out but I don't see many of them reselling anyways. Its just the process of selling a car thats used. I have an 08 mazdaspeed 3 Im getting rid of and dealers tell me they will give me 15-17k$ when its only like 5-6 months old and was 24k$. Im gonna probably have to take a hit its just what happens. Although Im not getting rid of it at 17k that was ridiculous.
