I am fairly new here but some of you have read about my dilemma and many more share it. So, are any of you interested in a class action lawsuit? If so, reply to this thread. My problems with Nissan and my clutch are happening now, so this isnt gonna go away, and your well earned money will not come back. Unless we make it. We should fight for our rights as consumers and as people. I work hard to pay my bills, and although i can afford this nismo, i certainly am not rich. Making us pay for their mistakes is horrendous.
