damn, but lets face it, nothing on the nismo is cheap.

 

most of the 28 parts are hardware pieces, etc. - very common for lots of components on cars.

$1500 to paint a spoiler (did I read that correctly)? Your body shop should be ashamed of themselves if that's what they quoted you. They should be more ashamed if they quoted you $9k for a spoiler that can be had for around 85% of that

 

I think 9k is what he estimated/roughly if you get rear ended and your rear end and spoiler needs to be replaced, not the spoiler itself.

My body shop just quoted me $500 to repaint the entire hatch and rear quarter panel...

i was driving down the highway yesterday and the person in front of me kicked up a nice size piece of tire, i swerved to the right and nearly hit the the car next to me to avoid it. It ended up getting the bottom driver corner of the lip, i know the lip and bumper are one. please help me, i cant seem to find the bumper anywhere or a price.

 

I knew that my total cost for insurance was about $4k including the work they had to do to the hatch itself too.

So that sounds about right.

thats why you have an insurance policy.. that spoiler costs whatever your deductible is if you say someone hit it in a parking lot and took off
