I just removed the whole wiper assembly! The only time I ever use it is when I accidentally turn it on. Good luck finding a fix!

I have the same problem. Nissan replaced the rear nozzle under warranty but it didn't fix it.

My "fix" was to clog the nozzle(s) on the rear window with wax.

I think it is from washer fluid in the long line that runs to the back of the car. If you use the (rear) washer fluid once, it then still has all that fluid in the line - and it leaks when you accelerate hard. Yes, this happened to me too. I just don't use the rear washer fluid anymore. It will eventually dry up..it will take a while though.
