Default Nismo Totaled

Well had a head on collision with an SUV today, thanks to the good design i'm still alive. Bad thing is i just got it from the repair shop yesterday and the same thing happned today that put it in the repair shop in the first place.

1st accident about a month ago
At stoplight going streight back end swings out, i manage to get it out of traffics way and i hit the sidewalk destroying both the rimm's and the control arm. Cause as far as i can figure hydroplaned since i was going 20 in the 40mph zone.

2nd accudent today at 10:45 am
Came out of a roundabout and going 30 in the 45mph zone streight line again, next thing you know my car is in parts and im getting out to make sure the person in the SUV is fine, they have only a scratch on their nose. Cause again as far as i figure slipped on the oil spot after fresh rain.

Is this just my luck? Do the factory tires really suck that much? And why dont i ever feel the TCS kick inn when this happens?

opned for discussion and critisizm... i feel ashamed for being put in a situation to ruin a limited edition car so plz not too much *******.

that's some bad luck...both times going straight and slow but somehow ending up losing traction? doesn't seem to add up but whatever

glad to hear you're ok and there were no serious injuries
good luck getting things straightened out

might be ... but i can handle that car going 80 during fresh rain without a problem in sharp curves. So if i couldn't do that i would agree with u and take the blaim for being a retard.

First off, im glad you're ok.

Secondly, Whats the common denominator here?

Im sure you dont feel as bad as your insurance company does....wait you will on your next renewal..

I'm glad you and the other ppl involved are ok but something doesn't add up. Those cars just don't lose control going 20mph in a straight line

probably..there are two things i have been around growing up. My dad sold cars for Chevrolet for years and my mom was an insurance agent. When i was 16 and just got my license, i had to pay for my own insurance. There was nothing i hated more than going into my moms agency and paying that monthly payment. That was 20 years ago..i would hate to see what it is for someone your age, especially now with 2 "at fault" incidents.

Im curious though, you left some details out of your accident with the SUV. You went from coming out of a round about to your car being in pieces...can you fill in the missing part there

i would really want to agree with you that i'm a shitty driver but by even the tire marks on the road you can tell that i didnt do anything innapropriate to make it go out of control... it just did. P.S. i have been driving since the age of 9, starting with farm equipment and ending in BMW's before owning a 350z nismo and this is my first 2 accidents i have ever had.

Dont know how can your car lose traction so easily, I never have traction issue with my Z...no problem in the rain or snow at highway speed. May be it's just the tire?

I blame the parents for enabling him.

On the bright side, the more dumb teens that total these, the higher my resale will be?

I can already predict your next accident thread:

"I was driving 2-1/2 MPH when my car flipped over and landed on the roof... Cause as best I can tell is that the pavement was hot enought to heat the air in the tires to the point of bursting them. The force made the car jump in the air and land on the roof. This never happened on the tractor when I was 9! These tires suck!"
