Default Convert to Nismo??????

hi guys, i love the Nismo edition of 350Z, but we don't have any of nismo edition Z for sale here in Canada..

So, my question is, is it possible to fully convert my 08 Grand Tounring Z to the Nismo edition?

What needs to be done for the conversion? thanks in advance!

I imagine you can get all of the parts if you really wanted to. are you just wanting the styling pieces, or do you want the suspenion and handling too?

http://www.nissanusa.com/pdf/microsi...ar_catalog.pdf

search the part numbers on google, find some venders to buy from, go to the exterior forums and find vender selling the pieces. often time they are referred to as nismo v1 bumper, v2 bumper, etc.. since there are different ones :]

The v1 and v2 are the first and second series of kits (bumpers) that nismo produced for the aftermarket, not on the nismo z. This is a link to the nismo body parts http://mynismo.com/categories/?id=7072

The additional welding will be cost prohibitive...

Yes they will, however, I believe the wheel well linings are different so you would prob. need those too.

I don't know but i've heard they're something like 1200 a piece through dealers. But since you have a gt you can powdercoat or paint them the same color as the nismos. The only difference will be that you have dimples on your spokes and mine have a line going down each spoke and a nismo sticker.

If you want a Nismo, just take the plunge and get one.
Right now is probably the best time to get one at a good price.
Win, win situation for you.

too bad, i picked up my 08 Grand touring only a week ago.. so there's no point of selling it in such a short term..so i guess i will just buy some nismo body parts and convert my GT to look like nismo .:0

Default nismo v3

I can't help you with the rims but for the same look, front bumper and rear bumper. You can order them from thenismoshop.com. I have the front install on my 05 350z roadster. I am falling in love with bumper. It transform my z totally. I get a lot of attention.

Thumbs up

You would be much better off just selling your GT.

The reason is that NISMO is more then just a body and wheels.

Your looking at $6K just for the body. The front and rear and sides and wing, were all built by Autech for NISMO/NISSAN.

The rear Wing alone will run you $3200 with out any paint.

Also your talking about everything else that goes into making a NISMOz a NISMOz.

If I was you I just go with Full V2 kit and call it a day.

It will cost you alot doing this. Sell your car and Get a Nismo.

Why would you spend $$ for nothing?
