Welcome!! Just two digits off from mine. 0044 is my number in San Antonio.

Anyways, FYI, your front suspension looks to possibly still have the shipping blocks in the springs. It's higher than the stock nismo suspension. Black blocks in between the spring coils that need to be pulled when jacked up. The car will feel like it is ridding too rough with these in there.

Picture of mine so you can see height between tire and wheel well up front.

I'm fairly mechanically inclined, is this something I can do myself or do I need a lift or pit to properly remove them? Also, any special tools, or is it just jack it up, yank out the blocks let it back down?

Thanks in advance for your adivce.

Jack the front up, each side at a time if you want, to get the pressure off the suspension and reach in above the tire and pull out all the black blocks on the springs that are sitting in between them.

There are 3 per side usually unless a few fell out. What is sad that some people traded in the cars because it was too rough with these in. Sad the dealer did this and didn't pull them out like they are suppose too. Here are some pictures since the thread was deleted for some reason.

This was an extremely helpful and informative post. Thank very much for your help, the pictures will make this an easy task (even if it's just to identify what I'm looking for).

Wow, talk about a helpful community.

I'll go check the springs and let you know what I find.

Well, there are no blocks in there. I did compare the picture of mine to the pictures of yours and it appears the gap difference is because you and I have different tires.

Maybe I'm wrong, I dunno. I still thinkl your post was informative and helpful even if I don't have the blocks installed.

Claim it on your insurance and get it fixed. I have a $250 deductable just for BS like that. I did that on my BMW and had it covered. They had to replace the wheel and tire which was almost 1G.
