believe me I'm shocked like u... I thought when somebody crashed you and it was his %100 fault, they will refund you the full cost of the car if it was totaled but the truth is they will estimate the damages only and refund you on that, if the car totaled, they will refund you the difference between the costs of the car before and after the accident, and yes they willl give you this difference and you will go fix you car, burn it, do what ever you want, they don't fix your car, they cannot buy it from you.
what I understood here in Saudi Arabia
in case if I insured my car with the total insurance package which costs more than $2k annually[depends on the car, and options you choose like fixing the car in dealerships..], they will do as you said above whether the accident was your fault or not, they will fix your car or buy it and give you full amount or whatever.
The other type of insurance which covers the other parties only not you (so if the crash was your fault, you will fix your baby from your own money)
As you can see am on case#2, I will be coverd with the insurance of the porsche driver.
Since the car decided to be totalled, the procedure here as I explained to go to three different showrooms and let them estimate the price of the car before and after << these estimates are what you will get from the insurance .. and too bad there are no specialists to be accurate on estimating the costs of the car.
So what I need is how much does this car worth now? even if I personnally part it out..how much I would gain?
Thank you

Before you start getting numbers for the parts you have to think about who will buy them. Is there a need for these parts in Saudi? or somewhere close?
Not to have you loose hope, but I feel it would probably be cheaper to get the part new in America than to have it shipped from Saudi Arabia. But if there are other Nismo owners in Saudi, Europe, or what not, then you might do alright.
Is the engine damaged? If not than that could be a huge money maker. I would assume (someone correct me) the engine in the Z with 7K miles is probably worth about $8000.
Realisticly the body pannels you are going to have to take losses on.
I would say if the lone Nismo wheel that didn;t get damaged is in good shape than you could part that out to another Nismo owner who curbed theirs.
If this were me I am not good with tinkering. I would try to sell it all to body shop or someone who can fix them up. There is a guy around me that does that with Corvettes. All he does is search Ebay and buy Salvaged Vetts. Fix them and sell them for a profit of a few grand.
The good news is around here people can't wait to get their hands on "Nismo" stuff. Hopefully you can find the demand over there, whether it be through forums or Ebay. Let us know how you make out!... and more importantly.... what you get next

Lento, you are absolutely correct, here we have Z but not much as you have in USA, the 08 normal Z comes here with the vq35hr, also the 08 g35 sedan comes with the same engine hr. The engne is not damaged at all and if I sell it here, it would cost me half of that price.. $4k-$5k maximum. Usually, who will buy these totaled cars are the junkyards and they will give you a hell of a cheap price in order for them to make profits when they part the car out.
Thank you for your input, Im very sad as you and fyi, even If I fixed this car, I would not ride it again , I only drove it for 2 weeks only, I would not drive it again without airbags and with the damaged done to it, I can feel it it will not be as a normal nismo anymore..Im giving up on her, I hope I made the right decision
either buy a new nismo or buy a 370z [not available in middle east yet] or going to a chevy with ls2
