Here are some daytime pics my buddy and i took of the Z during our "passes" through kole kole, military side. As for some answers to the questions about mods, i'm currently trying to purchase clear LED reflectors with amber LEDS so i can run while driving, Z emblem side markers, amber of course, and hideaway red LEDS in the front air dam and rear grille to give it a "glow" type look, also a pair of red LEDS for the driver and passenger floors. i will not change the exhausts out until next year when hopefully i'll have my greddy twin turbo 20G kit for the HR motor, then i'll prolly go with dual Greddy Ti-C motors and upgrade the rotors both front and rear for the Z, also probably stillen sway bars and underbraces with a hydraulic handbrake from ksport.


As for the video's, i've only done that one 360' once in my Z, i won't do it again just cause when i came back, i saw that bridgestones were not cheap, so that will be my one and only time doing something like that, until i get my twin turbos then, iono, we'll see, hope everyone likes the mountain pass vid's, had some extra time off work and decided to do some action shots of the nismo Z, tried looking on youtube but i think these aren't too bad.

p.s. anyone in hawaii kno of any Z meets or cruises? if anyone here in oahu has been driving around and seein a silver nismo Z driving aimlessly, thats me, i'm trying to look for cruises or meets but its not working out too great, any info would be greatly appreciated,

i expected a reply like that and i did have mixed ideas puttin the vid up, like i stated, the cornering vid's are action shots i took since its a z, the thing that comes to my head is performance, so i did a action shot of going through a corner, the 360 was done once and only once, like i said, only a one time thing, but i realize where you're coming from nismo0035 and i respect the comment.


also, does anyone kno where i can get my car on a lift so i can install my berk cats? they're sittin here collecting dust since my buddies ramps were too high to fit under the z, any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you

 

Jack and 4 jack stands will do the trick.

 

Last time I checked, these cars are made for driving. What's the point of buying the "best handling Z ever" if your not going to push it to the limits? Drive your car like a Sally if you want, but don't critisize people for actually driving theirs the way it was made to drive.

you guys are idiots, how is that beating the hell out of it. My grandma drives like that through a corner. You must be talking about the down shift tearing things up. It sounds like you cant drive and arent comftorable with youre car nismo0555. Thats everyday driving if you ask me, like i said literally my grandma drives that way in her minivan. Life is short enjoy youre car and dont pay attention to comments like that, keep ripping them corners up. I think nismo05555 might have been just as happy with the base model "z" since you dont even realize what youre driving.

judging by your screen name I assume you own a NISMO? it's not beating it up when your driving it like it's made to be driven. Their not show cars, their made for the track.

i'd like to say thanks for all the comments given and in response to the TT, this is why i'm waiting till next year, that way i can buy at least 4 sets of tires with the kit including the body braces and other cooling accesories, if not, i'll await it till after my deployment to afghanistan, so hopefully it'll be done in 2010, if not it'll be done in 2012.

 

I love hawaii, wish I could bring my PPW NISMO over there next time I visit. But when I do i'll be sure to keep a eye out for yours

Laugh. The NISMO was designed to be driven hard. It is a track ready car. You don't buy the car to look good sitting in your driveway or at car shows. lol

 

Nismofreak thanks for the post. The pics and vids are pretty cool. Only downside is the 680x480 resolution on the pics. Great looking car - Id like to see those pics in higher res. The area looks really beautiful.
