I feel the same way regarding what you typed below..however dealers dont seem to think so..I have contacted just about every dealer in the US that has a '08 Nismo and the are very stubborn about the 350z Nismo price..
Currently they are only knocking like 5-6K off the sticker..and that still leaves you on the plus side of 30.

I paid $29.5K for my 08 with 800 miles on it, including leather seats. There just isn't the value in these cars to justify that kind of money.
The ultimate issue is... You'll have a salvage title post repair.

I agree, that frame is jacked up and it will probably never drive the same regardless of how much money you put into it.
