is this an OEM y-pipe?

this guy selling a y-pipe says it is a OEM Nismo 2006 350z y-pipe

is this OEM? or aftermarket? thanks

(i dont have a 350z, i have a g35 but im trying to get a 350z one cuz its suppose to sound better)

the nismos only came out 07 and 08... (06 maybe its a typo?) but then again i havent really looked at the y-pipe before.

heat shields are on the cats but not y-pipe (im pretty sure)
