Default Authentic Nismo R-Tune???

So i recently purchased a Z and it has r-tune decals, r tune intake, and nismo wheels and exhaust. Im trying to find out if it is an actual nismo r tune, or if someone just slapped a couple nismo parts and some decals on it and called it a day..

Based on the information I've found the nismo r tune was a tuned up version of the track trim 350 and offered from 03-05. The car that i bought is a 2006 and all signs point to not authentic, reasons for this: my car does not have steering wheel audio controls, cruise control, tcs button, or vdc button. And i cant really tell for sure yet if it has lsd, but a couple occasions made me think it doesnt.

So, with that said, im pretty sure what i have is a base trim model that somebody just threw some nismo parts on. Is there a way i can tell for sure?? or is this information enough to safely say its not authentic??

There are two R-tunes. The American one and the Japanese one.

The American one is just a selection of aftermarket parts available at your dealership that you can add to any trim level. Some people just get an r-tune intake, slap on some stickers and tell people they have something special when they don't.

The Japanese R-tune was made in 2006 but wasn't actually built as a production model. It looks like this:
