My point is that every car isn't the same. I wouldn't trust a tune that I received in an email.

So you don't trust the guys that have some of the best tuning software in this country? I'm quit sure that COBB has far more experience and expertise than your local run of the mill dyno shop with a wideband.

ur way off topic in this thread and should seriously stfu, u have no idea what you are talking about with tuning obviously...A mail in reflash of any sort is not going to be as good as a proper dyno tune for your specific vehicle end of story..Every car is going to react different to mods and tuning etc. and no more details need to be addressed with this..get a clue and comment on things you know and dont try to spread bad info. and clutter a thread up

The OP wanted suggestions regarding trading a NISMO/350z for a E46 M3. I traded my 08' NISMO on my E46 M3 as of last year. I think my opinion here is justified.

In regards to "tuning" I in fact can talk to talk and walk the walk. Give me a PM if you want to get down-n-dirty regarding "tuning".

Carry on....

I wouldn't trust a reflash that was emailed to me from any company. IMO a reflash is kind of like fast food. It seems like a good idea at first because it's quick and cheap. It's not till afterward that you realize you fucked up because you are sick and shitting your brains out. In this case it's your bros car that is probably going to be the one shitting it's brains out.

Why because they designed the AccessPort? I'd trust them to dyno tune my car at their shop, but wouldn't trust a flash that was emailed to me.
