Thinking of trading in the Nismo...
My question is... Where are the collectors? We need to start a thread and see how many original Nismo owner's are left out there! Seems like these cars have changed hands 3 or 4 times by now in many cases. The local ones I have seen are on thier 3rd owners already.. WTF
So, much win. Also, what you said is not totally unrealistic. I'm 28 payed off car, payed of school that I'm not even finished with yet in cash, bought my house at 21 but I rent my rooms out and only pay $200.00 dollars a month for my own house, it is possible. You might have to give up some things to get there along the way but very possible. Nothing feels better than to know that you don't owe people **** and things are done on your terms. I plan on paying my house off by 36/37 or round about if everything works out well. That means at 38, I will have a chunk of money saved, no payment on my house other than property taxes, which are cheap as **** where I live 2,000 a year for a corner lot. I'll have a kid by that time, so I guess I will owe someone some money, lol. Damn, can never get away, lol.
