The last couple of months I've been trying to get the build numbers from Nissan, like how many red,black,silver and white were built per year for 2007 and 2008.Options that were available how many were for US and for other countries and so on. With no luck and no return response at all. So what I thought was if we sent a **** load of letter asking for the same thing sooner or later they will give someone the info. I've been sending letters to:

My last letter went like this, I am trying to get the build info for the 2007-08 Nissan Nismo 350z. For example how many were made in black white silver and red for each of the 2 years any and all options available.Total number built for each year, also any info on the cars that were made for other countries besides the US. Any information or who I should contact to obtain this information would be helpful and appreciated.

No, wouldn't you like to know how many red ones were made for 07 and then for 08. For example 1 of 163 or what ever it is.

There was an option some came with floor mats mine did not.

The only one that knows all of this is Nissan, instead of guessing or speculating wouldn't you rather know?

Like with a Marti report on american cars that gives all the info on your car down to the 1 of however many were made like yours...

I'm just trying to get other Nismo owners to write a letter to this guy and see if someone can get the info, like I said the more letters he gets the better chance he will help.

As a once was owner i'm still interested to know this info, not just guess or speculate.

 

I wasn't guessing or speculating, a little searching in the Nismo section will show they're facts. Floor mats aren't an option, they're an accessory chosen by the owner. I could also care less about how many were made in each color, I bet you anything black takes up a large percentage of it.

 

Right there you just guessed by betting there more black by a poll taken by a small cross section. If you don't get it from Nissan your guessing.

 

Well, I can tell you there is one less red 08 Nismo on the road. One was written off locally recently

Total - 386 643 321 256 = 1606

so since mine is black i have one of the rarest Z's made!!! yay me! lol

 

as soo seems that MB is the rarest eh? maybe i can get a premium lawl...

 

The 07 reds must be the rarest cuz the 08 is a different red.

 

 

Black Nismo's are very common. Redline or Nogaro red would be the rarest color. Several Redline's have been totaled out. Both Red Nismo's were only produced one year. The rest were produced both years.

I don't see how black is the rarest, everywhere you look, they're usually black.
