I've gotten this quite a few times:

Random dude: So what do you got done to the engine?

Me: Nothing...it's stock.

Dude looks at the front end of my car for a minute and proceeds to ask: "Nice, what kind of intercooler you running"

Me: Uhm...?


bwaha....

 

Best comments come from the Nissan dealer when I'm there picking stuff up or getting alignment. I've had sales reps ask what kit it is. That's when I stop going to that dealership.

Whhhaaaaaa! Damn... from now on I'm going to expect that to happen to me and if it doesn't then I'm just gonna have to...sell my car and buy a prius.

haha, I love that movie...and I love vagina.. so maybe a prius is perfect me me...

YESSS, I got two at the carwash.. 1st was the guy using the vacuum... "Badass car man" 2nd.. The dad of some kids came out of his car and said "Your car has fans, they're snapping pictures in there"
I saw the kids with a video camera climbing around the van getting my car at every angle.. haha!

 

Coming back from the beach the other day, i saw a guy taking some pictures of my car as i was walking to it. I delayed my walking to avoid the awkwardness... Later that same day my gf and I were walking back to the car to find a lady taking some pictures i stopped and talk to her for a little. Ends up her husband has a DB Z in Missouri, and was looking for a new front end for his Z. Told her to check out MY350z.com for some good info...

buddy walks up in the car wash (driving a fairly new 3 series beema, probably mommy and daddies as he is like 16) "dude thats a sweet car, i almost got one but insurance f'd me over"

i said " o ya? to bad... (back to washin my car as his buddy stands there and watches)

funny and odd all at the same time and pops witnessed it and thought the kid was a tool haha.

 

the other day 3 old white guys were checking out my car at my work place and i was goin to take my break and smoke a cig outside and i left my pack in the car wen i walked up to it they said how old r u i said 19 they said wow i cant wait till i retire with something like this and they asked if i bought it myself cause i was too young to have a car like mines and i said uhh yeah im the head chef here -_- i make good money lol

 

For some reason older women really like mine. I have been complimented while getting in/out of my car by women over 50 like 5 times (Im 21 btw). And both of the track days I went to I had a few younger people come up to me drooling thinking it was a GT-R.

Even if I was into women, they all had some grey hair. I just laughed, said thanks and went on my way. But it is weird that so many old women have complimented my car.
