Sorry to disappoint, but Im a guy. I guess the average gay Z owner would have an automatic convertible, not a Nismo that they track.

i was a bit confused too. not that i have any issue with someone who is gay... doesnt bother me... i was confused as well.

i have gotten alot of crazy comments. my 2 favorite were on both track days ive taken the Z to, my buddy was in a white Z with an instructor (different instructors both times) and both of them, when i was trailing my buddy, told him "let that porsche pass you". I DIED LAUGHING when he told me that!

my least favorite comment is "Nice body kit"..... my reply: ITS NOT A BODY KIT!!!!

 

Technically it is a body kit

 

I was thinking a Prius, but an automatic vert works, too.

Btw, you were not totally off; my mother owns a Prius and I have had to drive it a couple times.

i forgot another "good" reply that my NISMO received recently. my gf brother was telling her that she didnt know what she was talking about and that they DID make the NISMO Z from 2003-2008, and she was telling him he was wrong.... well, she called me to verify the correct answer. and when i corrected him, his reply was "well, id rather have a 'REAL' NISMO that i built myself". my gf replied to him "Your a F*ing idiot"

Reminds me of a guy I met at a meet that was 100% sure that his friend had a 2009 Nismo.. I tried to correct him but he wouldn't have it so I said... " oh oh, excuse me. Your right! The 2009 model has a single turbo that makes 400 to the wheels right?!"

I got my first comment on NYE. Driving through downtown making a left turn, some college kid runs out in front of me, trying to beat the crosswalk signal and forces me to jump the brakes, he looks @ me throwing up the middle finger and shouts, "F**k you, Porsche!"

I didn't know whether to run him over for being such an *** hat or take it as a compliment.

 

idk why these cars get called porsche so much... personally i dont see a big resemblance. maybe its the wing.....

Well, to help me figure this out, if I were to buy one of these 350Z's that's decked out with nismo stuff, when I go to get insurance on the 05 350z, would the insurance read NISMO? Or on the title?

 

Nope, dealer installed options wouldn't be listed on the title and wouldn't have anything to do with your insurance.

 

Not to be rude, but then how would that make a 350z with nismo parts more of a real nismo than a 240sx with nismo parts?
